I am originally from Kent but have lived in Warwickshire for the last 19 years, remaining in the area after completing Post Graduate study at The University of Warwick.

I have been a Head Teacher for the last 8 years working across a range of Academies and Independent Schools, I have worked in education for over 18 years.  As well as Head Teacher I have also been an Accounting Officer for a Multi Academy Trust and Chair for a federation of schools.  I have extensive school leadership and Governance experience.

Prior to working in education, I worked for a range of multi-national companies as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Having lived in Coventry all my life I am delighted to be Office Manager at The Warwickshire Academy, a SEMH school making a positive difference to the lives of local children.  Previously, I have enjoyed a career in Events and Conferencing and more recently as a Duty Manager at a local Theatre. I have three teenage sons who keep me busy outside of work, however when I do have free time I enjoy art, interior design, and walking.
